Howard Worth became the Estate Accountants in September 2003.
Howard Worth work closely with the Estate Solicitors and Land Agents as well as attending meetings with the Estate Tenant for Life.
The Estate is still managed as a Trust under the 1925 Settled Land Act with all its' implications for the management and funding. Howard Worth attend the Estate Trustees' Meetings and are now an integral part of the current on going tax planning schemes. Initially the annual tax bill was double its present level and it continues to fall. This has been helped by Howard Worth advising and enabling fund raising for the redevelopment of redundant or derelict buildings.
